If you do not live on island then once happy with the final design we submit on your behalf for DCA approval for construction. Including Land Registry checks, gaining any copies of certificates from Government offices which may be necessary For DCA approval.
 
If you don’t live on island we can send you regular updates with photographs and maybe onsite video calls. This can be a great way to be able to discuss any possible changes that you may want to make, or come up with a solution to any unforeseen problems without having to make those decisions blind.
